We are Long Term Care Consultants and Staff Development Specialists.Our specialies are: Rehabilitation, Medical/surgery Aftercare, Mental Health, Dementia and Alzheimers.  We provide quality care to professionals and their families using the Holistic approach, meeting the challenges of Body, Mind and Spirit. It is our goal to make sure you function at your best and are motivated to stay that way.

We also provide In-Service Training, Orientations, Staff Evaluations, and Mock Survey, as an independent contrator to assist facilities in staff development and quality staff retention. 

With our many years of experience, highly trained team of wellness professionals, and exquisite professional service we can manage your aftercare and long term care needs.

• We assess, develop plans and implement activities for our clients and their family to assist in maintaining their highest functional levels, based on interest and abilities using the Holistic approach. 
• We provide individualized care plans for clients with staff which includes activity development  in your private home or any facility. This includes the instruction/training of staff or family care provider in all procedures needed. 
• We monitor the care, plan and work cooperatively with all care providers to ensure that our clients needs are anticipated, met and exceeded to provide excellance in the qualiity of care received.  We make regular scheduled visits and are available for visits as needed at the request of our clients (24/7).
